Will BTC Bottom Against TradFi?
In a podcast on Aug. 17, analyst Kev Capital focused on Bitcoin’s performance relative to the Invesco QQQ Trust (NASDAQ:QQQ), which tracks the Nasdaq 100.
"Bitcoin is bottoming against the QQQ," the analyst said, adding that similar bottoming behavior is developing against the S&P 500, gold and silver.
Bitcoin has been in a sustained downtrend against QQQ since around July 2025, but Kev highlighted a major support region between the 0.703 and 0.786 Fibonacci retracement levels.

The zone overlaps with levels that played an important role during and after the 2022 bear market. It is repeatedly acting as support and resistance before Bitcoin eventually broke higher relative to QQQ in late 2023.
Kev expects Bitcoin to establish a relative bottom against QQQ and other major assets within the next four to 12 weeks, potentially beginning a new uptrend by the end of 2026 or early 2027.
He is also watching Bitcoin’s U.S. dollar chart and USDT dominance, arguing that BTC is displaying bottoming characteristics while stablecoin dominance is showing signs of a potential top.
