Boyaa Interactive buys additional 115 Bitcoin, increasing total holdings to 4,316 BTC

Boyaa Interactive, the Hong Kong-listed online gaming company that pivoted hard into Bitcoin accumulation back in late 2023, just added another 115 BTC to its balance sheet. The firm now holds approximately 4,316 Bitcoin, putting it at 22nd on the global ranking of public company Bitcoin holders tracked by BitcoinTreasuries.net.

The 115 BTC addition is part of a broader buying spree. Between late June and early September 2026, Boyaa acquired roughly 205 Bitcoin on the open market for approximately HK$110 million, which works out to about $14.3 million.

The company's average acquisition cost across its entire stash sits at $68,280 per BTC. That's up slightly from the $68,211 average cost it reported at the start of 2026, when it held around 4,092 BTC.

All purchases were funded with idle operational cash, a detail worth noting because it means Boyaa isn't taking on debt or issuing shares to finance its Bitcoin habit. The transactions qualified as discloseable transactions under Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, which is the HKEX's way of making sure shareholders know when a company is writing large checks.

The accumulation has been methodical rather than splashy. Boyaa added 108 BTC by mid-July 2026, bringing its total to 4,201 at that point. Then came the additional purchases that pushed the count to 4,316.
