ADP Weekly Report on Tuesday: Is Hiring Still Gaining Speed?
The days ahead open with the ADP weekly report, which shows how many jobs private companies are adding.
In its latest release on October 6,ADP Research reported that private employers added an average of 23,750 jobs weekly across the four weeks ending September 19.
ADP also said hiring sped up for the fifth straight reading. The next update is due Tuesday, October 13.
ADP produces the report with the Stanford Digital Economy Lab and publishes it on Tuesday mornings at 8:15 a.m. Eastern Time.
