- Orange has joined the In-Factory Profile Provisioning (IFPP) program launched by Acceleronix and IDEMIA Secure Transactions, which enables manufacturers to provision eSIM operator profiles on production lines using quantum-safe binding.
- The solution allows OEMs to manufacture a single hardware configuration for multiple markets, reducing the need for regional SIM variants and enabling devices to connect from first power-on.
- The program follows the GSMA SGP.41 framework and combines IDEMIA’s eSIM security technology, Acceleronix’s factory provisioning tools and Orange’s operator profiles and IoT connectivity.
PRESS RELEASE — Orange, one of the world’s leading telecom operators, has joined the global quantum-safe In-Factory Profile Provisioning (IFPP) program, jointly launched by Acceleronix and IDEMIA Secure Transactions at MWC Barcelona in February.
The program enables device makers to build a single product for every market and connect it to the Orange network before it leaves the factory. Acceleronix and IDEMIA Secure Transactions will demonstrate the solution live at electronica 2026, the international electronics trade fair, at Messe München, Hall C2, Stand 601, from 10 to 13 November.
