Michael Saylor, chairman of Strategy Inc., the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder, has declared that the crypto market's correction—which has persisted for nearly a year—has come to an end.

In an interview with Bloomberg TV on the 13th (local time), Saylor offered an optimistic outlook that Bitcoin will once again surpass $100,000 and return to six-figure territory. "Bitcoin is clearly going to go back above $100,000 into six figures," Saylor said. "I think it bottomed just below $60,000 and bounced from there. Now it's moving up into the $80,000 range. I think we're going to keep moving forward from here."

Bitcoin is currently trading at approximately $83,000. While it has largely remained in a range around $80,000 since mid-August, the price is still roughly 30% below its all-time high of $126,251 recorded last October. Immediately after that peak, approximately $19 billion in positions were forcibly liquidated in a single day, triggering a prolonged bearish trend.

Capital Management Framework Shift

To respond to the bear market, Strategy has overhauled its capital management framework. The new structure allows the company to sell Bitcoin and common stock to bolster cash reserves while simultaneously repurchasing interest-paying preferred shares—a design that strengthens liquidity while reducing leverage.
