Hawaiʻi Tech Days of Fall 2026 launches Sept. 2, with a joint kick-off event for Hawaiʻi Tech Days and Hawaiʻi Tech Week at Walter Dods Jr. RISE Center in Honolulu.

Hawaiʻi Tech Days of Fall is co-sponsored by University of Hawaiʻi and Chamber of Commerce Hawaiʻi and is a series of free events, including workshops and training sessions for students to strengthen jobs in the technology and cyber sectors.

The series aims to increase awareness about and enhance Hawaiʻi’s skilled technology workforce and increasing demand for local jobs in the rapidly growing technology, artificial intelligence and cyber industries.

“As the technology landscape continues to evolve rapidly, particularly with the integration of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, [University of Hawaiʻi] represents the supply and demand elements in our local tech workforce,” said University of Hawaiʻi Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer Brad Christ in a university release. “Modern digital skills are critical pre-requisites to success in virtually all career paths.”

Christ added the university and chamber are excited to collaborate with local employers, state agencies and community partners to host Tech Days of Fall 2026, offering local students a direct pathway to high-quality, high-paying jobs in Hawaiʻi.
