Odaily Planet Daily report: Periodic transaction disclosures from the U.S. Office of Government Ethics reveal that Trump reported purchasing Class A shares of Coinbase valued between $1,001 and $15,000 on July 24, and on July 24 and 27, he also purchased Class A shares of Strategy valued between $1,001 and $15,000, and between $50,000 and $100,000, respectively; previously, on July 8, he sold Class A shares of Strategy valued between $1,001 and $15,000. Periodic transaction reports are used to disclose the purchase, sale, or exchange of securities such as stocks.

In addition, the report states that Trump sold shares of CleanSpark and MARA on July 29, each worth between $15,000 and $50,000. The White House previously stated that Trump’s stock and bond portfolio is independently managed by a third-party financial institution, and neither Trump nor his family can direct or influence specific investments or the timing of transactions.
