Von Chatbots zu intelligenten Agenten: die neue KI-Revolution

Wir sprechen – und sprechen weiterhin – jeden Tag über generative künstliche Intelligenz. Zuerst wurde sie als eine Technologie gesehen, die in der Lage ist, Texte zu schreiben, zusammenzufassen oder zu übersetzen. Unternehmen priorisieren nicht mehr nur den Roll-out von Chatbots. Sie streben nun danach, kognitive Systeme in ihre Wertschöpfungskette zu integrieren, assistierte Programmierung voranzutreiben und ganze Workflows zu optimieren.
