Santa Monica, Calif.-based Clearlake has $185 billion in assets and invests across private equity, credit, infrastructure, secondaries, co-investments, and other related private-market strategies. The Google Cloud partnership provides Clearlake portfolio companies with access to a complete, end-to-end AI stack that spans custom silicon and high-performance AI infrastructure, enterprise data modernization, cybersecurity, and agentic platforms like Gemini Enterprise.
Clearlake’s portfolio companies, including data and analytics provider Alteryx, are already driving business-critical outcomes by leveraging Google’s differentiated full stack, according to the private equity firm. The goal is to move beyond isolated AI use cases and build scalable, production-grade AI capabilities across each company’s entire operating model.
An O.P.S. focused approach
The partnership was announced in the same week that Google Cloud released Gemini Enterprise for Financial Services, an agentic AI solution for financial professionals that is initially available in preview for capital markets and corporate banking.
