H100 Group AB (“H100” or the “Company”) announces that Peter C. Warren has assumed the role of Chief Investment Officer of the Company.
Warren joins the role following H100’s recently completed acquisition. Prior to the transaction, Warren, together with H100’s Chief Executive Officer Eirik Grøttum, was responsible for managing approximately 2,450 Bitcoin through Moonshot AS and its subsidiary PDI AS. His appointment represents a continuation of this investment management strategy within the combined H100 Group.
As Chief Investment Officer, Warren will lead the continued development of H100’s derivative investments and risk management capabilities. This includes the active management strategy conducted through PDI AS, which seeks to generate additional cash flow while managing downside risk and maintaining exposure to Bitcoin’s long-term upside potential.
