Soluna and Bitdeer Agree 28 MW Bitcoin Co-Mining Deployment in Texas

Soluna Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SLNH) has signed a co-mining agreement with Dory Creek, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bitdeer Technologies Group (NASDAQ:BTDR), covering the deployment of approximately 28 MW of Bitcoin mining equipment at Soluna's Project Kati 1 data centre in Willacy County, Texas.

Deployment is scheduled to begin in September 2026 and will take place in stages, expanding the computing capacity operating at the wind-powered facility.

Bitdeer to Deploy Sealminer Equipment at Project Kati 1

Under the agreement, Bitdeer will install its Sealminer A2 Pro Air mining machines at the site and will retain ownership and responsibility for operating the equipment.

Soluna will provide the data centre infrastructure, electricity and operational support required for the deployment. Rather than using a conventional hosting arrangement, the companies will share the proceeds generated by the Bitcoin mining operation.

The 28 MW installation is expected to contribute approximately 1.93 EH/s of additional hash rate and will be located within the K1BC phase of Project Kati 1.
