Large-scale capital inflows into US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) for two consecutive days signal a rapid recovery in institutional investor sentiment. According to data compiled by Farside Investors on the 23rd (local time), the 12 US spot Bitcoin ETFs saw combined net inflows of $714.7 million the previous day, marking a fourth consecutive trading day of net inflows.

A day earlier, on the 22nd, $999 million flowed in—the largest single-day total in 12 months. Over the two-day stretch, roughly $1.3 billion poured into spot Bitcoin ETFs.

By product, BlackRock's IBIT attracted the largest share with $350.3 million in inflows. Fidelity's FBTC took in $257.4 million. Morgan Stanley's MSBT posted net inflows of $99 million.

Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust BTC saw $5 million in inflows, VanEck's HODL received $2.4 million, and Ark Invest/21Shares' ARKB drew $600,000. The remaining products recorded no net flows.

The inflow composition on the 22nd was somewhat different. While IBIT held the top spot with $381.4 million, ARKB ranked second with $289.1 million, followed by FBTC at $238.8 million. MSBT saw $61.7 million in inflows, and Bitwise's BITB took in $21.6 million.

Analysts attribute the sustained inflows to Bitcoin's upward price momentum combined with institutional investors' strategic allocation demand. The concentration of capital in products from major asset managers such as BlackRock and Fidelity reflects a preference among institutional money for established, proven operators.
