Morgan Stanley’s XRP ETF Bet Puts Wall Street on Notice

Morgan Stanley is putting another spotlight on XRP as institutional access to the cryptocurrency expands through regulated investment products.

The banking giant’s latest Form 13F filing has drawn attention after revealing positions across three XRP exchange-traded funds, according to figures highlighted by market analyst Xaif Crypto.

Therefore, the reported holdings include 6,715 shares of the Franklin XRP ETF, 255 shares of the REX-Osprey XRP ETF and 67 shares of the Bitwise XRP ETF.

Is there more than meets the eye? Well, the positions seem modest relative to Morgan Stanley’s massive portfolio, but the significance lies in the breadth of the exposure.

Rather than holding a single XRP investment product, the bank reportedly has positions across three separate ETFs, highlighting the growing range of regulated vehicles available to institutional investors seeking XRP exposure.

The filing also adds to a broader trend of Wall Street firms gaining exposure to XRP-linked products. Other SEC filings have shown institutional managers holding the Bitwise XRP ETF, reinforcing the growing presence of XRP within traditional investment structures.
