Justin Sun ha asegurado una victoria procesal en su disputa legal con World Liberty Financial (WLFI). Un juez federal de California rechazó el intento de la empresa de trasladar las reclamaciones individuales de Sun a un arbitraje confidencial.

El juez James Donato dictaminó que las reclamaciones personales de Sun pueden permanecer en un tribunal público. La decisión no determina si las alegaciones de Sun son válidas. Sin embargo, significa que sus reclamaciones continuarán a través del sistema judicial, en lugar de ser manejadas completamente a puerta cerrada.

Sun alega que WLFI restringió sus tokens
