Crypto stocks sold off in pre-market trading Tuesday as investors pulled back ahead of a make-or-break Senate cloture vote on the CLARITY Act. Circle (CRCL) stock leads the drop, down more than 5.56%, while Strategy (MSTR), Coinbase (COIN), and Robinhood (HOOD) plunge nearly 3-4%.

Strategy (MSTR), Coinbase (COIN), Circle Internet (CRCL), and Robinhood (HOOD) were down almost 3% to 5% on September 15. Crypto stocks reversed almost all Monday's gains that followed Trump's approval of ethics rules in Senate Republicans' final CLARITY Act draft.
Yahoo data shows Circle down about 5.6%, Coinbase about 4.7%, Strategy about 4.6%, and Robinhood slipping almost 3%.CRCL stock closed 7.53% higher to $97.42 on Monday after renewed hopes of the Senate passing the CLARITY Act.
Bitcoin price has also slipped from 24-hour highs near $79,300 to fall below $77,000 in the last few hours. Price is currently trading at $76,887, with trading volume slipping after a recent rebound.
