LAS VEGAS, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS), an artificial intelligence ("AI") data center company anchored by Bitcoin ("Hyperscale Data" or the "Company"), today announced that, as of August 30, 2026, it held 214.9701 Bitcoin representing an aggregate value of approximately $16.7 million based on the Bitcoin closing price of $77,668 on August 30, 2026.

In aggregate, the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries, Sentinum, Inc. ("Sentinum") and Ault Capital Group, Inc. ("ACG"), held 214.9701 Bitcoin as of August 30, 2026. During the week ended August 30, 2026, the Company sold approximately 65 Bitcoin in the open market. Based on the Bitcoin closing price of $77,668 on August 30, 2026, these collective holdings had an approximate market value of $16.7 million.

"We remain committed to supporting our data center operations," stated Milton "Todd" Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data. "The sale of approximately $5.1 million of Bitcoin provides additional capital to support the continued development of our Michigan data center. With the recently announced Master Services Agreement ("MSA") representing an approximate $1.2 billion of contracted value, we believe the Michigan data center is a critical and potentially transformative asset for the Company. That belief is only further supported by the expansion options in the MSA that could bring the contracted value to over $3 billion while representing approximately 20% of the Michigan data center's potential 340 megawatt power capacity."
