El CEO de Ripple, Brad Garlinghouse, cree que Estados Unidos está más cerca que nunca de establecer reglas claras para las cripto, según su última publicación en redes sociales.

Garlinghouse argumenta que el enfoque de Washington hacia las cripto ha cambiado drásticamente en los últimos 10 años.

Esta evaluación se realizó tras la reunión inaugural del Comité Asesor de Innovación de la Comisión de Negociación de Futuros de Productos Básicos en Washington el 20 de agosto. Según informó U.Today, el comité, que fue presidido por el presidente de la CFTC, Michael Selig, reunió a ejecutivos de las criptomonedas y de las finanzas tradicionales para asesorar a la agencia sobre diversos temas relacionados con la tecnología, la ley y la política.

Garlinghouse recordó que Ripple envió una carta abierta al Congreso en julio de 2019.
