Sectigo has launched Quantum Ready, marking its entry into the Quantum Security Posture Management market.

The product is designed to help enterprises find and map cryptographic assets and dependencies across their environments, assess exposure to post-quantum cryptography risk, and decide which migration tasks to prioritise.

Sectigo is positioning the release around a problem facing large organisations as governments, standards bodies, and major technology providers step up post-quantum cryptography migration efforts. For many IT teams, the immediate challenge is not replacing cryptography but identifying where older or vulnerable cryptographic assets are embedded in systems, services, and workflows.

Quantum Ready creates a Cryptographic Bill of Materials, giving customers a view of where cryptography is used, which systems depend on it, and where quantum-related exposure may sit. It then evaluates that exposure against business criticality, data sensitivity, dependencies, and migration complexity.

Market move

The launch extends Sectigo's activities beyond certificate lifecycle management into the newer category of Quantum Security Posture Management, or QSPM. Its broader approach combines cryptographic discovery, risk prioritisation, and certificate management to support changes to cryptographic systems over time.
