BitFuFu (NASDAQ: FUFU) reported unaudited September 2026 Bitcoin production of 167 BTC, down 4.0% from August, while self-mining output increased.

Self-mining produced 98 BTC versus 88 BTC in August; cloud mining produced 69 BTC versus 86 BTC. Daily production remained 5.6 BTC. Bitcoin holdings rose by 15 BTC to 1,388 BTC. Managed computing power fell to 19.4 EH/s from 20.6 EH/s, and power capacity declined to 324 MW from 344 MW. Self-owned computing power and fleet energy efficiency were unchanged.

The proposed majority-stake acquisition of an Ethiopian company operating an 80-MW mining facility remains uncompleted, with closing conditions not all satisfied or waived. BitFuFu has paid sellers US$4.1 million and deployed approximately 13,700 mining machines, carrying a US$1.74 million net book value as of September 30, 2026.
