Ansem: Quantum risk could propel ZEC toward Bitcoin's valuation, while pure meme coins are unlikely to surpass Bitcoin.

Huo Xing Cai Jing reports that on October 9, crypto KOL Ansem stated during a discussion on Market Bubble with Banks that as AI continues to expand and intelligence becomes commoditized, culture, attention, and collective belief will become more valuable. If quantum risk becomes a material threat to Bitcoin, Zcash (ZEC) has a pathway to achieve a valuation close to Bitcoin by leveraging its privacy features and a narrative of “superior store of value.” Ansem personally holds some ZEC spot, but is not actively long. Ansem also noted that Murad, a meme coin KOL, is correct in his broad assessment regarding cultural and belief-based asset premiums, but it is “very, very unlikely” that pure meme coins will surpass Bitcoin in market capitalization. In his view, when the future brings an abundance of AI agents and an oversupply of intellectual capacity, the assets that will truly command premiums are individuals, culture, and those assets people genuinely believe in.
