FinCEN's identification of suspected scam-linked activity spanning all 50 states signals that overseas crypto investment fraud is a nationwide consumer-protection and anti-money-laundering concern. The finding could increase scrutiny of payment channels, exchanges and other services used to move funds connected to scam centers.

So, here's a little hint. If your new romantic partner refuses to video call you, but has a proprietary crypto platform, you're not early.
