The 10-year yield is pressing toward the 4.70%–4.75% resistance area, holding above both rising moving averages with support at 4.45%. Source: TradingView.

The 10-year yield rose again early during the trading session, and as a result, it looks as if we are going to continue the overall range that we had been in between the 4.60% level and the 4.75% level. The market will be waiting for a speech by Kevin Warsh later today as we try to determine what the Federal Reserve does next, so expect noise.
