Blockmate Ventures advances Wyoming data centre plans, Hivello launches Bitcoin cloud mining

Blockmate Ventures Inc (TSX-V:MATE, OTCQB:MATEF, FRA:8MH) has submitted a zoning application for its Wyoming AI data centre development and announced the launch of a Bitcoin cloud mining product from investee company Hivello.

The zoning application seeks approvals for approximately 40 acres of land for data centre use, following engineering, surveying, infrastructure and local engagement work carried out in recent months.

Subject to zoning approval, final site design, power availability, permitting and other development requirements, the company believes the site could support a data centre facility of up to approximately 200 MW.

Blockmate said it will continue working with local authorities and technical advisers as the application progresses.

The venture builder, which focuses on AI, energy and digital infrastructure, is also evaluating additional opportunities across the United States, Canada and Australia. It has identified two potential projects currently in preliminary discussions, though no binding agreements have been signed and there is no assurance either transaction will proceed.

The company said its broader strategy is to build a pipeline of infrastructure opportunities capable of generating long-term revenue and shareholder value, rather than relying on a single development project.
