Capital B Raises €30.1 Million And Acquires 376 Bitcoin, Bringing Holdings To 3,521 BTC

Capital B has completed approximately €30.1 million of capital raises and acquired an additional 376 BTC for €25.3 million, increasing its Bitcoin Treasury holdings to 3,521 BTC.

The Euronext Growth Paris-listed company completed €1.44 million of capital increases under its ATM-type agreement with TOBAM and another €28.7 million private placement subscribed by global institutional investors, including strategic investors Adam Back and TOBAM.

Capital B said its 3,521 BTC held under its Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy have a combined acquisition value of approximately €309.4 million, representing an average acquisition cost of €87,878 per bitcoin.

The latest 376 BTC purchase was completed at an average cost basis of approximately €67,182 per bitcoin.

Capital B said its strategy is focused on increasing the amount of bitcoin represented by each fully diluted share over time.

The company reported a BTC Yield of 2.17% year-to-date and 0.31% quarter-to-date.

It also reported a BTC Gain of 61.3 BTC year-to-date and 9.9 BTC quarter-to-date, along with a BTC € Gain of approximately €4.2 million year-to-date and €675,086 quarter-to-date.

Capital B emphasized that these metrics are supplemental indicators developed specifically for its Bitcoin Treasury strategy and should not be interpreted as traditional investment yield, operating performance or financial return measures.
