Prospect Markets (OTCQB: MKTSF) announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Prospect Brokerage USA, has executed a definitive, binding agreement with OG Prediction Markets and Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA) to distribute CDNA event-based prediction market contracts in the United States.

Prospect Brokerage, a CFTC-registered introducing broker, will introduce U.S. customers to these contracts via Crypto.com’s CFTC-registered futures commission merchant, Foris DAX FCM (OG Broker). The agreement designates Crypto.com and affiliates as providers of prediction market contracts across Prospect’s U.S. distribution channels and is expected by Prospect Markets to open new revenue streams. The company is targeting a U.S. product launch in Q3 2026, ahead of the NFL and NBA seasons, focusing on sports-native markets within a sector that Bernstein estimates could scale toward US$1 trillion in annual trading volume by 2030.
