Strategy shares rose 4% to $124.20 as a sharp rebound in Bitcoin continued to lift the world’s largest corporate holder of the cryptocurrency.

The stock has gained nearly 30% over the past five trading sessions, alongside a roughly 23% increase in Bitcoin to around $79,000. The cryptocurrency’s recovery has pushed Strategy’s unrealized Bitcoin gains to approximately $1.36 billion, while the company’s recent decision to establish a cash reserve has also supported investor sentiment.

The rally has moved Strategy well above several short- and medium-term technical levels. Shares were trading 18% above their five-day moving average of $105.22, 26% above the 20-day average of $98.57 and 24.5% above the 50-day average of $99.78.

Longer-term resistance remains. Strategy was about 2.5% below its 100-day moving average of $127.32 and 13.7% below its 200-day average of $143.96.

Bitcoin moved from $65,336.6 to $79,775.3 over the last 30-day period, a gain of 22.1 percent.

Options activity also points to a potentially important near-term trading range. The $130 call carried the largest call open interest at 21,642 contracts, while the $115 and $123 puts each had roughly 20,600 contracts.

The positioning suggests traders are watching the $123-to-$130 range closely, with $130 representing a potential resistance level as Strategy continues to track Bitcoin’s latest recovery.
