Why this matters

The purchase adds nearly $95 million of Bitcoin to the balance sheet of a publicly traded firm already holding the fifth-largest corporate Bitcoin stash globally. It signals continued institutional use of equity-linked financing to accumulate Bitcoin, which could increase shareholder exposure to Bitcoin-price volatility and dilution risk.

Strive now holds the fifth-largest Bitcoin stash among publicly traded companies worldwide, behind Strategy, Twenty One, Metaplanet and MARA. If it surpasses MARA, it will move up one spot in the rankings.
