Bitcoin Holds Bullish Bias Above Major Technical Levels

Bitcoin (BTC) trades close to $78,000 at press time on Tuesday, maintaining a constructive upside bias after recovering roughly 2% from the previous day’s pullback. This stabilization comes despite losses of more than 4% last week.

BTC continues to trade above the 50-, 100-, and 200-day Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs), which stand at $73,579, $71,347, and $73,053, respectively. Price is also hovering slightly above the 50% Fibonacci retracement level at $75,233, calculated from the decline between $97,924 and $57,800. However, the advance remains contained below a former support trendline that has turned into resistance around $82,850.

On the momentum side, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) on the daily chart is near 57, indicating moderate positive momentum. At the same time, the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) line sits below its signal line, implying that buying pressure may be losing some strength.
