Tianci International, Inc. Announces Launch of Approximately 3 MW Crypto Computing Project and Signs Memorandum of Understanding with BTC Digital
Tianci outlines a phased 3 MW crypto computing plan with BTC Digital under a non-binding 12‑month MOU that depends on future definitive agreements.
Tianci International (CIIT) signed a new non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with BTC Digital (BTCT) to pursue an approximately 3 MW crypto computing project.
CIIT plans to deploy crypto computing equipment in phases over twelve months after the MOU’s effective date, targeting an aggregate electrical load of about 3 MW. BTC Digital intends to provide or coordinate sites, power, hosting infrastructure, equipment deployment and operational support, while CIIT intends to handle equipment procurement, project funding, logistics and required permits. The MOU builds on an Original MOU signed on October 14, 2025 and on existing mining‑equipment hosting cooperation, which remains in effect and is not amended. The MOU itself is a non-binding statement of intent, runs for twelve months, may be extended by written agreement, and can be terminated by either party with fifteen days’ prior written notice.
