Pando Finance lists its passively managed Solana fund (ticker: 02831 / 2831.HK) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on October 13, 2026.
The launch brings direct competition to ChinaAMC’s first-mover product and deepens Asia’s regulated access to SOL.

Pando’s Lower Fees Put Pressure on the Incumbent
Pando Finance’s new fund charges an annual management fee of 0.6%. Its estimated ongoing charges ratio stands at 1.6%.
That directly undercuts ChinaAMC’s spot Solana ETF (03460), which carries a 0.99% management fee and a 1.99% ongoing expense ratio.

When Hong Kong approved its first-ever Solana ETF in Asia last year, analysts set a $400 SOL price target and flagged the city as a gateway for institutional Asian capital.
Pando’s entry is now testing whether lower costs can shift that capital.
The fund tracks the CME CF Solana Dollar Index (Asia-Pacific closing price variant). It holds actual SOL, no staking, no leverage, no derivatives.
