Port Huron City Council in Michigan has passed a city ordinance requiring crypto ATMs to register with the city. The operators need to register with the City Clerk's Office on an annual basis, according to a report by Mid Michigan Now.
All operators must complete the process by Oct. 1. Overall, this policy is much more friendly to crypto ATMs than other localities and states that have banned bitcoin ATMs, including Indiana and Tennessee.
