PRESS RELEASE — Ramboll has completed the specialized facilities that will house MAGNE, one of the world’s most powerful commercial quantum computers. The milestone enables QuNorth to begin installation of the system in Copenhagen.

Ramboll delivered the building and technical infrastructure required for MAGNE, including a computer room, server room and airlock, as well as systems for ventilation, power supply, cooling and fire suppression.

“Quantum computers place extraordinary demands on their surroundings. The facility itself must function as a precision environment where vibration, dust, magnetic fields, static electricity, temperature and humidity are carefully controlled,” says Hans Kragh, Senior Chief Project Manager at Ramboll.
