Le said in an interview with Bitcoin magazine on X that Strategy holds 840,050 Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC), making it the largest Bitcoin holder in the world, and that position is not changing.
“This is not a sell Bitcoin forever strategy. This is a buy Bitcoin forever strategy,” Le said.
He also opened the door to occasional selling as part of a broader push to integrate Bitcoin and DeFi markets into traditional finance.
With $55 billion worth of Bitcoin on the balance sheet, Le argued the company needs flexibility beyond a pure buy-and-hold approach, particularly as traditional finance moves deeper into Bitcoin custody.
“Sometimes sales in the short term can actually be accretive in real Bitcoin terms,” he said.
Why MSTR Trading Volume Stands Out
Bitcoin News flagged on X that Strategy’s stock now regularly trades more shares than Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK), a crossover that first happened in late December 2025 and has held through 2026.
Some August sessions saw 46 million to 49 million shares change hands, with turnover reaching $4.4 billion, putting MSTR among the 10 most actively traded U.S. stocks.
