Phillip Juhan, Chief Financial Officer of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ: DJT), disposed of 18,817 shares on August 13, 2026, according to an SEC Form 4 filing.

The transaction was executed as an automated sell-to-cover event to satisfy tax obligations, meaning it does not reflect any discretionary view on the company’s valuation or future performance.

The 18,817 shares were sold across multiple transactions at prices ranging from $8.16 to $8.49, resulting in a weighted average sale price of $8.33 per share.

As of the August 13 transaction date, DJT shares have declined 54% over the preceding 12 months, highlighting the significant erosion in shareholder value during that period.

Despite the disposal, Juhan continues to hold 581,749 shares directly, along with derivative securities in the form of restricted stock units subject to future vesting schedules.

The share sale comes against a backdrop of considerable strategic turbulence, as Trump Media recently pulled back from two separate deals with Crypto.com as new leadership shifted the company’s focus back toward its core media operations.

Trump Media, Crypto.com, and Yorkville Acquisition Corp. mutually terminated their proposed business combination, which had been designed to establish a company built around a multibillion-dollar Cronos treasury.

For Crypto.com, the August 7 termination removes the proposed $6.42 billion CRO treasury vehicle and a limited ETF servicing arrangement, while replacing the previously planned Truth Predict integration with a narrower marketing relationship.

The unwinding of the crypto strategy marks a clear departure from previous leadership’s approach, which had aggressively pursued cryptocurrency and financial services opportunities during the height of the crypto treasury boom in 2025.

Trump Media reported a $238 million quarterly loss in the second quarter of 2026, with more than $190 million of that figure stemming from declines in the value of Bitcoin, other digital assets, and stock holdings rather than actual cryptocurrency sales.

The losses are largely unrealized, meaning they could be reversed if crypto markets recover, but they nonetheless reflect the company’s deep exposure to volatile digital asset prices.

Trump Media’s core business, Truth Social, operates as a social networking platform generating revenue through digital advertising and user engagement services targeted at American users seeking alternatives to mainstream networks.

The company is also pursuing a pending merger with fusion energy company TAE, a move that signals a fundamental repositioning away from the crypto-heavy strategy that defined its recent past.
