Post-Quantum Secure Communications Platform Strategy and Product Update

Following the announcement of the Company's proposed change of name to Sentry 7 PLC and the proposed appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer, the Company today provides further details regarding its post-quantum cryptography-based technology platform, which is intended to provide financial institutions and regulatory bodies with tools to support the integrity and verification of electronic communications in a post-quantum environment (the "Technology" or "Platform").

Through its engineering partnership with Whitespace, as announced on 9 March 2026, the Company has continued to progress the Platform.

The Platform's core architecture has now been defined and a detailed use case mapped against a retail bank's end-of-day processes. In parallel, the Company and Whitespace have established a co-design programme, structured with specialist consulting and quantum security partners, through which regulated financial institutions are being invited to help shape the Platform's requirements ahead of any pilot deployment. To date, three financial institutions have been invited to participate, one of which has confirmed its participation, with the partnership structure now being finalised.
