Spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds extended their longest inflow streak in months on Tuesday, pulling in another $66.2 million and pushing the nine-session total past $3.1 billion. The sustained appetite for Bitcoin exposure stood in sharp contrast to Ether and Zcash products, which both snapped multi-day inflow runs, highlighting how capital rotation within the crypto ETF complex remains uneven.

Data from SoSoValue showed the latest daily gain lifted year-to-date net inflows for US spot Bitcoin ETFs to roughly $1 billion. That marks a dramatic reversal from mid-July, when the category sat nearly $5.8 billion in the red for 2026. The current momentum built on a standout prior week, when Bitcoin funds absorbed $2.4 billion over five sessions ending Sept. 25 — their largest weekly haul since October 2025 — and pushed annual flows into positive territory for the first time since early in the year.

At the time of publication, Bitcoin traded around $83,567, down 0.4% over the prior 24 hours, according to CoinGecko. The modest pullback suggested that while institutional and retail demand for regulated Bitcoin access remains steady, upside momentum may be getting harder to sustain.

Kyle Rodda, senior financial market analyst at Capital.com, told Cointelegraph that rising crude prices are capping non-yielding assets, contributing to a pause in Bitcoin's advance. He said the cryptocurrency could struggle to regain upward momentum while energy-price risks persist, even as its technical outlook remains "quite constructive."
