PRESS RELEASE — Central New Mexico Community College is joining Sandia National Laboratories and other community partners in the CAMINO Collaborative, a public-private initiative designed to strengthen New Mexico’s advanced-manufacturing ecosystem, expand access to high-quality careers and accelerate economic growth.

CNM has committed to developing a state-of-the-art facility on a 37-acre site near Sandia’s publicly accessible Science & Technology Park along Route 66 and Eubank Boulevard. CNM is in the process of acquiring the land from Albuquerque Public Schools, another partner in the CAMINO Collaborative.
