Press release – Col. Reginald M. Harris, U.S. Army (Retired), who served as Chief of Staff of U.S. Army Cyber Command and commanded the 1st Cyber Protection Battalion (Provisional), has joined Qtonic Quantum Corp to lead the company’s federal and defense government affairs.

Harris will represent Qtonic Quantum, a quantum cyber risk and vulnerability intelligence firm serving enterprise and federal environments, to the Department of War and its military departments and combatant commands, the Department of Homeland Security, the Intelligence Community, other federal departments and agencies, and the defense industrial base and systems integrators that serve them.
