Project Eleven Acquires Riva Labs to Expand Post-Quantum Security Capabilities

Project Eleven has acquired Riva Labs, adding cryptography and blockchain engineering expertise as the company expands its infrastructure for protecting digital assets against future quantum-computing threats.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition brings Riva Labs’ team, technology and intellectual property into Project Eleven, expanding its capabilities across post-quantum signatures, wallets, multiparty computation, account abstraction and blockchain infrastructure.

Riva has focused on translating post-quantum cryptographic research into systems that can operate across Ethereum and other public blockchains. Its work includes hash-based post-quantum signatures, post-quantum MPC, wallet infrastructure, account abstraction and hardware signing.

The company has also demonstrated post-quantum signing on consumer hardware, reflecting its emphasis on moving cryptographic research toward deployable applications.

Project Eleven plans to integrate Riva’s team and technology into its broader research and product operations spanning post-quantum cryptography, digital asset custody and blockchain security.
