Zhibao Technology (NASDAQ: ZBAO) signed a collaboration framework with Bedrock to explore blockchain-based share ownership and Bitcoin treasury deployment. The proposed model would record and transfer existing SEC-registered Class A Ordinary Shares on public blockchains while preserving voting, dividend and shareholder rights.

The companies plan to assess permissioned decentralized finance, meaning access-controlled blockchain financial applications, and deployment of part of Zhibao's 2,380 BTC reserve into Bedrock's uniBTC infrastructure. They also plan to explore reserve verification and embedded insurance and reinsurance for digital-asset risks.

The workstreams are non-binding. Implementation requires regulatory compliance, board approval and other prerequisites, including restructuring if necessary. Zhibao expects a definitive partnership agreement within 12 months, subject to satisfaction of the stated conditions.
