Ethereum did something notable this week: it led. CoinDesk reported that ETH and XRP outperformed during Thursday's broad crypto rebound, with Ether trading just under $2,400 on Thursday. When the second-largest asset outpaces Bitcoin on a bounce, risk appetite is widening, and that is the environment in which presale demand grows.

The macro picture is more complicated. Bitcoin ran above $81,000 early Friday and briefly topped $82,000 before the August jobs report showed 162,000 new jobs against a roughly 55,000 estimate, sending BTC back below $80,000 and reviving talk of a Federal Reserve hike on September 16, per CoinGape. Even so, US spot Bitcoin ETFs pulled in about $731 million on Thursday, their strongest day since January. Bulls are bruised, not gone, and the upcoming crypto presale calendar is where many of them are looking next.
