Goldman Sachs to acquire NEOS Investments for $2.25 billion.
Goldman Sachs has agreed to acquire NEOS Investments in a cash-and-stock deal valued at up to $2.25 billion. The transaction will give the bank control over 19 exchange-traded funds linked to Bitcoin and Ethereum. The total assets in NEOS-launched products, including the Bitcoin High Income ETF and Boosted Bitcoin High Income ETF, amount to approximately $30 billion.
The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, pending regulatory approval. Goldman’s ETF assets under management are projected to exceed $130 billion.
