to the SEC on Friday for two cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds under the Truth Social brand. The filings include a Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF alongside a Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF that would generate returns through staking rewards.

The

Bitcoin

and

Ethereum

fund would provide exposure to the two largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, with an expected 60-40 split favoring Bitcoin. The structure aims to track performance of both assets while offering staking rewards from the Ethereum position to fund holders.

Crypto(dot)com will serve as digital asset custodian, liquidity provider, and staking services administrator for both products if approved. Foris Capital US LLC, the SEC-registered broker-dealer affiliated with Crypto(dot)com, would handle distribution responsibilities.

Crypto(dot)com co-founder and CEO Kris Marszalek said the company is pleased to provide custody, liquidity, and staking services for the Truth Social Funds ETFs. He described the digital asset products as having strong value propositions that Crypto(dot)com supports.
