Alden’ın yorumları, Bitcoin'in bu hafta fırlamasının ardından geldi. Lider kripto para birimi, Perşembe günü erken saatlerde $72,890 seviyesine ulaştıktan sonra son olarak $72,660 seviyesinden işlem görüyordu — bu, 24 saatte %6'dan fazla bir artış demek. 

“Hemen hemen her metriğe göre Bitcoin, değerleme ve duyarlılık aralığının alt sınırına yakın,” dedi Alden. 

“Bu noktada nispeten küçük yukarı yönlü kazanımlar bile yeni alıcı türlerini çekebilir — insanlar grafiğin artık kötü görünmediğini gördüğünde, teknik yatırımcıların geri döndüğünü görebilirsiniz; eğer daha fazla ivme kazanırsanız, diyelim ki aylar sonra, daha fazla ivme yatırımcısının geri dönmesini sağlayabilirsiniz.”
