BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) accounted for the overwhelming majority of the day's flows, attracting $200.8 million. Fidelity's FBTC followed with $25.6 million, while Bitwise's BITB took in $6 million. Two other funds, BTC and MSBT, drew $46.8 million and $3.4 million respectively, according to Farside Investors data.
Grayscale's GBTC was the sole fund to register outflows, losing $50.4 million. The remaining products in the category saw no net movement in either direction.
The eight-day streak builds on an already strong August for the asset class. Through the prior session, US spot Bitcoin ETFs had collected $3.03 billion for the month, leaving them just $390 million shy of the October 2025 monthly record with four trading days remaining. Combined net assets across all US spot Bitcoin funds stood at $99.05 billion, approaching the $100 billion threshold.
BlackRock's dominance in the space has been a defining feature since the product category launched. In January, the asset manager reportedly controlled nearly 70% of spot Bitcoin ETF trading volume, with assets under management exceeding $66 billion at that time. The latest inflow data suggests that concentration has persisted, with IBIT capturing more than 86% of Wednesday's total.
