Temsilciler Meclisi, CLARITY Act'i Temmuz 2025'te 294-134 oyla kabul etti, ancak Senato'da etik, ödüller, DeFi ve düzenleyici yetki konusundaki anlaşmazlıklar tasarının hızlı bir şekilde geçmesini engelledi.
