The company highlighted a balance-sheet value above $250 million at the referenced price, giving shareholders substantial exposure to Bitcoin’s performance through a publicly traded corporate structure.

Treasury strategies can reduce liquid supply when companies hold Bitcoin for long periods. They also introduce new financing channels because businesses may issue equity, debt or preferred securities to acquire more BTC. That mechanism can reinforce demand when capital markets remain receptive.
