XRP sits near its lowest price since November 2024. On-chain activity is rising, and institutional positions are growing. Senior analysts in Japan are speaking publicly about repricing, and the signs are positive, even if the price has yet to confirm it.

A Senior Analyst in Japan Weighs In

Rakuten Wallet Senior Analyst Yasuo Matsuda recently shared his assessment of XRP. Digital Asset Investor drew attention to his comments in a recent video, noting the analyst described XRP as “uniquely exceptional.”

The reasoning was specific. XRP is the original crypto asset built for remittance. That credibility, the analyst argued, will eventually show up in the market cap. He concludes that it is just a matter of time before this shows up in the asset’s price.

That is a meaningful statement from an analyst at one of Japan’s most recognized financial platforms. Japan has been among the more progressive nations in regulating and legitimizing digital assets, so commentary from inside that ecosystem carries weight.

Germany Is Saying the Same Thing

The bullish read on XRP is not limited to Japan. Digital Asset Investor also referenced a German financial analyst who called XRP “brutally oversold.” The word choice is significant. Oversold is a technical condition. It describes an asset trading below what the data supports.
