Prominent banking giant Morgan Stanley has revealed new XRP ETF holdings in its latest SEC filing, adding exposure through Franklin, REX-Osprey, and Bitwise funds. The bank also reported 50,540 shares of Armada Acquisition Corp II, a SPAC linked to Ripple-backed Evernorth Holdings.

All this comes while XRP price continues to trade near $1.

Morgan Stanley Holds Three XRP ETFs

On 14 August, Morgan Stanley’s Q2 2026 Form 13F filing shows 6,715 shares of the Franklin XRP ETF (XRPZ).

The bank also reported 255 shares of the REX-Osprey XRP ETF and 67 shares of the Bitwise XRP ETF.

These XRP ETF holdings are small compared with Morgan Stanley’s overall portfolio. However, the bank now has XRP exposure through three different ETF products.

The filing also comes after Morgan Stanley previously reported holdings in the Grayscale XRP ETF (GXRP) and Volatility Shares XRP ETF during Q1 2026. This latest filing shows a change in the mix of XRP-related funds held by the bank.

Morgan Stanley Holds Ripple-Linked Armada Shares

Morgan Stanley also reported 50,540 shares of Armada Acquisition Corp II in its Q2 filing. Armada is linked to Evernorth Holdings, a Ripple backed company focused on building an XRP treasury.

The position adds another XRP related investment to Morgan Stanley’s portfolio beyond its ETF holdings.

XRP ETF Demand Holds Up, While Price Drops

Following Morgan Stanley’s XRP ETF holdings disclosure, XRP ETFs recorded $2.25 million in daily net inflows, taking cumulative net inflows to $1.51 billion. As of 13 August, total ETF net assets stood at $942.25 million.

Despite this demand, XRP price has continued to fall and is now nearly 72% below its peak, trading around $1, with its market cap at about $163 billion.

The $1 level remains important for XRP. Holding above this level could help the price stabilize, while a sustained break below $1 could lead to further selling pressure.
