Strategy ($MSTR) purchased 950 Bitcoin for $75.7 million between September 14 and September 20, bringing its total holdings to 846,000 BTC, according to a Monday SEC filing.

• Strategy paid an average of $79,670 per Bitcoin for the latest purchase, including fees and expenses.
• The company's 846,000 BTC were acquired for an aggregate $63.80 billion at an average price of $75,416 per Bitcoin.
• Strategy used USD Cash to fund the $75.7 million Bitcoin purchase.
• The company also spent $174 million repurchasing 1,771,238 shares of its STRC preferred stock during the week.
• Strategy sold no shares through its at-the-market offering program during the period.
• As of September 20, Strategy held $5.04 billion in its USD Reserve and $1.05 billion in USD Cash.
